Store Partnership Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy sets out how a store is listed on Yourdis and what each side is responsible for. Read it before applying — submitting the form at the end means you accept these terms.
SECTION 1 About this partnership
Yourdis is a price comparison platform for authentic fragrances. We list your products — name, price, images, and details — inside our search results and price comparisons, and we send interested buyers to the matching product page on your store.
Yourdis is not a party to the sale. No selling, checkout, or payment takes place inside Yourdis. The transaction happens entirely on your store.
SECTION 2 Eligibility
To be listed, your store must meet all of the following:
- An active online store where the customer completes the purchase.
- It sells only 100% authentic fragrances — no counterfeit, imitation, or misrepresented products.
- Clear, publicly accessible product pages.
- Accurate prices and product data, kept up to date.
- A way to connect product data: a feed link, an API, or a structured file (CSV / Excel).
- A licensed business with a valid commercial registration or equivalent business document.
- Published shipping, returns, and customer-service policies.
- Compliance with the regulations of every market the store serves.
Your store does not have to be large. Data quality and keeping it current matter more than catalog size.
SECTION 3 Product data
You provide product data through one of: a product feed link, an API, or a periodic file. The data must stay accurate and current for as long as your store is listed. Yourdis displays the following fields:
- Product name, brand, and category
- Link to the product page on your store
- Current price and pre-discount price
- Availability status
- Images
- Description and specifications
- SKU / GTIN
- Shipping information
You may agree with Yourdis on listing only certain categories or products, as long as the connected data for what is listed stays accurate.
SECTION 4 What stays with your store
Yourdis is a referral platform. Everything about the transaction stays with you:
- Prices and offers — you set them; Yourdis displays them with no markup.
- Inventory and availability
- Payment and checkout
- Shipping and delivery
- Returns and exchanges
- Customer service and after-sales support
- Customer data collected during the purchase
SECTION 5 Commission model
Yourdis earns a commission on every completed purchase made through a referral from Yourdis to your store.
- The commission is calculated on the purchases attributed to Yourdis using the agreed tracking method.
- The commission rate, how it is calculated, and the billing cycle are all defined, with their details available to the merchant through the Yourdis dashboard.
SECTION 6 The store's responsibilities
- Keep the connected product data — prices, availability, links, images — accurate and current.
- Honour the price and availability shown on Yourdis when the buyer arrives from a Yourdis link.
- Sell only authentic products and describe them accurately.
- Handle fulfilment, payment, shipping, returns, and customer service for every order.
- Tell Yourdis in advance of material changes — closing the store, changing domain, or dropping a category.
SECTION 7 Yourdis's responsibilities
- Display your product data as provided, with no markup on your price.
- Link buyers to the correct product page on your store.
- Agree the commission model with you before launch and bill only what was agreed.
- Give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect listed stores.
SECTION 8 Review and onboarding
- Submit your partnership request through the form below. We review your request and get in touch with you after the review.
- We review the store, its product categories, and how ready your data is.
- We agree on the partnership model, then connect your product data.
- Once we have checked the data and confirmed its quality, your products go live on Yourdis.
SECTION 9 Suspension and removal
Yourdis may pause or remove a store’s listings, notifying the store where possible, in the following cases:
- Product data is persistently inaccurate or out of date.
- Products turn out to be counterfeit or misrepresented in their descriptions.
- Buyer complaints about the store go unaddressed.
- The store goes down, or its products or checkout become unreachable.
- The store breaches this policy or the signed agreement.
Either side may end the partnership with written notice as set out in the signed agreement.
SECTION 10 Changes to this policy
Yourdis may update this policy. Material changes are communicated to active partner stores before they take effect.
