What Is Yourdis

Yourdis is a price comparison platform for authentic fragrances. The platform features a curated selection of leading, trusted stores operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, allowing users to compare prices and go to the store of their choice to complete a purchase. We exclusively display authentic fragrances from verified, trusted stores — we never list counterfeit products or offers from unverified sources.

Yourdis is not a store. We do not sell, ship, or handle any products. All purchases are made directly between the user and the store on the store’s own website.

Eligibility to Use

You may use Yourdis if you are at least 18 years old, or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

Your Account

You can browse Yourdis as a guest without creating an account. An account is required to access features such as saving favorites, setting price alerts, and chatting with Accord AI.

Registration by email uses a one-time verification code (OTP) sent to your email address — no password is ever created. You can also register via Google or Apple.

You are responsible for keeping your account confidential and for all activity that occurs under it. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Pricing Information

The prices we display come directly from our partner stores through their shared data. We work to keep this information accurate and up to date. However, prices and availability can change quickly, and the price shown on the store’s website at the time of purchase is the price you will pay.

Yourdis is not responsible for any discrepancy between the price shown on our platform and the price charged by the store.

Accord AI

Accord AI is an AI-powered fragrance assistant available within the app. It is designed to help you discover fragrances, understand scent profiles, and find the best prices.

Accord AI’s responses are generated automatically and are provided for informational and recommendation purposes only. They should not be considered professional advice. Yourdis makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated response. If you encounter a response from Accord AI that you believe is inappropriate, inaccurate, or offensive, please report it to us via the contact details below for review.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Yourdis platform — including the Yourdis name, logo, design, text, fragrance data compiled by our team, and software — is owned by Yourdis and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written permission.

Fragrance house, product names, and images belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and informational purposes. Yourdis is not affiliated with, and is not endorsed by, any fragrance house unless explicitly stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yourdis shall not be liable for:

• Any products purchased through stores linked from our platform, including issues of quality, authenticity, delivery, or returns.
• Temporary unavailability of the Service due to technical maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Inaccuracies in prices or inventory information sourced from third-party retail stores.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Yourdis reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from your use of Yourdis shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

General Provisions

• Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yourdis regarding your use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
• Severability — If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver — Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment — You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. Yourdis may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Yourdis after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
